Create Contacts Exchange Admin Portal
Creating contacts in Exchange
1º We go to the Exchange administration center and go to contacts
2º We give the option to create contact
3º Create the contact as follows:
- Display name -> We will indicate the first name along with your last name

Alias à We will indicate the name that the user has before the @domain (in this case Victor.xavier)
- External email address à We will indicate the external email that the user has
4º To finish creating the contact, click next until we have it created
With these steps, we will have the contact created to add it to the distribution list.
